Stunning Eco-Lodge in the Andes mountains above Quito. Rugged but beautiful landscape swarming with hummingbirds. Perfect for birdwatching and nature photography as it is part of the Magical Birding Circuit of Ecuador. Ask for Dario to lead bird hikes, he is an incredible guide.

The lodge has a beautiful rustic vibe. It Several humming bird feeders, trails, and beautiful architecture. A hike Uphill will take you to a amazing vista of Quito. The food was good and the staff were very kind and helpful. Heaters keep the rooms warm, and the shower is hot. Great for a stopping point or starting point on either side of the Andes.
